|WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NEXT ?|
Please read the Clarion Events Health and Safety Guidelines carefully. You must take this information into consideration when designing, building and operating your stand at the show. Please note it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to make sure that all safety and fire regulations are being respected by their staff and contractors. Please make sure that you send all the required health and safety forms before deadline to avoid any delays in accessing the building:
1. If you are shell scheme exhibitor:
Please send your completed documents and confirm your fascia by 12th February 2020 to email@example.com
2. If you are a space only exhibitor:
- Health and Safety Declaration Form
- Stand Plans including measurements and visual.
- Risk Assessment
- Method Statement
- Construction Phase Plan.

We strongly recommend exhibitors use the freight and manual handling services offered by our official forwarder and on-site handling contractor Exhibition Freighting GSM Ltd to ensure items are delivered directly to the stand without delay. To meet delivery deadlines please ensure to contact EFGSM at least 4 weeks prior the event for documentation checks and customs clearance procedures.
Delivering directly to the venue:
Please be advised that the earliest deliveries are permitted to arrive is 27/02/2020 and they must be collected at the end of the show 04/03/2020
Please find the delivery label here. Please make sure that all custom duties are fully paid, this is very important otherwise the hotel will not accept your packages. Once you have arranged your shipping, please return the shipping confirmation form back to me before the show.
IMPORTANT: If you are arranging your own courier you must remain in the hall until all your items have been collected. No items should be left behind for collection except where agreed with the official freight forwarding provider – Exhibition Freighting GSM Ltd. Clarion Events are not responsible for any packages shipped by alternate providers and will not claim any packages onsite or incur any costs associated with inbound shipping.
|AV, FURNITURE AND GRAPHICS ORDERS|
Red Scarf are the event shell scheme & AV providers, please find their brochure here and contact them directly should you wish to order any additional graphics, furniture or AV. Their order deadlines are as follows:
