Post Event Report
Back in January 2017 MERTC took place in Manama, Bahrain. The inaugural MERTC witnessed 248 industry stakeholders from 71 companies, and 20 countries gathering to enjoy 17 hours of content, 5 dedicated technical streams, and 8 hours of networking.
The inaugural MERTC 2017 has been been shortlisted as a finalist in the Conference Awards 2017 in Best New Conference Launch category.
MERTC 2017 featured an exciting agenda and new networking formats including:

- ‘Ask the Experts’ session
- Interactive roundtable discussions
- Poster Sessions
The two day conference saw many insightful presentations, case studies, intensive networking and panel discussions, all designed to give those attending a clear picture of the current challenges and opportunities for the Middle Eastern refining industry.
